How and why we use your data

A delivery

For your order we need your name, e-mail address, address (es), payment details and sometimes your telephone number. With that we can deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. We also provide your information to others if necessary for an order, for example to delivery services or a distribution center. And if you order on one of our websites from an external seller, we will provide the needed details to this seller. We require our external vendors to treat your data just as carefully as we do.

Data about the telephone conversation is registered with you and a chat with Billie is also saved. You help us with analyzes and improvement of our services. Feel like we are not dealing with your data properly? Or for any other reason: you have the right to see, correct or delete your personal information.

How to edit, see or delete your data

You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to our email address: info[a]vrowl.nl.

To ensure that the request for inspection is done by you, we will ask you for a copy of your ID upon your request for deletion. In this copy we ask you may censor (blacken) your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), and passport number. All to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible but within the time-frame of four weeks.

Special and / or sensitive personal data

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not verify if a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children?s online activities, in order to avoid collecting data of children without parental consent.
